Research Interests

My PhD focuses on studying how the electric fields affect the mammalian cells. The two main goals are to control cell adhesion and migration in order to create tissue engineered structures and to study the neuron differentiation and behavior under electric stimulus. The techniques I use include cell analysis methods, ie. immunostaining, PCR and western blot, and FluidFM for studying cell adhesion forces.
