Stem Cell Sheet Engineering

  • Stem cell sheet differentiation instructed by adjastment of end-differentiated cells
  • Development of an 3D in vitro tissue models from single cell sheets for drug screening applications
  • Development of 3D stem and adult cell sheet structures for prospective transplantation

Stem Cells from Human Obstetrical Sources

  • Establishment of critical parameters for isolation, characterization, and long-term cultivation of multipotent stem cells from human fetal tissues
  • Validation of human fetal tissue-isolated multipotent stem cells for prospective clinical applications
